WOMAN VS TREADMILL Day one

Ok, for those of you who know me, you know that I could stand to lose about 10lbs. Ok fine, I could stand to lose like 50lbs, but is that really the point here? Well, ok, I digress it is the point.

So, as an added motivator, I have decided to go public (that's for all four of you that read this blog) and announce that I am working out, in addition to WW, to try to lose some weight. BE healthier, BE active, and all that other positive crap that I'm supposed to telling myself.

Anyway, tonight was my first night on the treadmill in like 2 years and let me tell ya that 30 minutes on the treadmill is more like an hour and a half. Seriously, that timer on the treadmill must be from another planet, because I swear that 30 minutes lastest FOR-EVER. Who makes these things anyway?


Well, I did make it through my first night. WHEW, VICTORIOUS! So if you are working on that weight loss beast, feel free to drop me a line and let me know what works for you.

HONEY I COME HERE TO CHAT WITH YOU AND LOOK AT YOUR BEAUTIFUL WORK...IT COULD BE EITHER PICTURES OR YOUR WEIGHT LOSS!! I TOOO AM TRYING TO LOSE 50LBS... I HAVEN'T TACKLED TO TREADMILL AGAIN YET BUT I AM TRYING TO WALK OUTSIDE BUT..... I DID TALK WITH BRAD AND AFTER THIS WEEK PLAYOFFS... I AM GOING TO TRY HARDER.. SO THAT I CAN GET INTO MY BIKINI.... WOULDN'T THAT BE NICE.. IF YOU FIND SOMETHING THAT WORKS FOR YOU GIVE ME A YELL.. I AM GOING TO TRY TO START WALKING ON MY LUNCH BREAK APROX 12:30 EVERYDAY AT THE CEMETARY THERE IN HEAVENER.. IT HAS A FEW HILLS AND IS NICE LITTLE WORKOUT..
